1) Select the apartment you want and contact the landlord via WhatsApp or KakaoTalk 

2) Check in on the move-in date 

3) Sign a simple contract (No deposit) with the landlord 

4) Pay monthly rent - Monthly rent payment method: (No deposit)

  * After checking in & signing the contract, pay directly in dollars ($) or Korean won (₩).

  * Send money to the landlord via an international remittance app (WISE and etc.)       (Landlord information for remittance via "WISE":

1) 원하는 아파트를 선택하여 집주인에게 whatsapp 또는 kakaotalk 으로 연락하기

2) 입주할 날짜에 체크인 하기

3) 집주인과 계약서 작성 

4) 월세 지불

      - 월세 지불방법: 보증금 없음 

         * 체크인 후 계약서 작성하고 난 후에 달러($) 또는 원화(₩)로 직접 지불.

         * 국제송금 앱 (WISE and etc ...)을 통하여 집주인에게 송금하기
